Job Objectives:
Contribute to the business objectives by supporting the sales team in generating leads for new business opportunities and in maintaining and growing the existing Client accounts.
Provide support in adequately managing client requirements, enhancing client satisfaction level for retention and sustained business growth.
Responsibilities
Operational
• Understand client’s business priorities, needs and issues and support the sales team in growing existing business and driving new business opportunities
• Monitor and timely report service quality, performance against pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) through constant liaising with concerned departments
• Provide focused operational and service support ensuring smooth and seamless implementation and delivery of project and services
• Proactively coordinate with sales, products and delivery team for delivery of services in line with the specific standards and within stipulated timelines ensuring excellent customer service and customer experience
• Meticulously record and maintain sales data; support the sales team in developing sales plan and undertaking business development initiatives
• Keep accurate records of data, discussions or correspondence with customers ensuring timely follow ups and adequate response to customer requirements
• Follow up on customers complaints. issues and grievances ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction at all points of customer contact
• Keep abreast with market condition, competition and future development needs, to help design sales strategy for the Segments.
People
• Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan
• Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time
• Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
Skills
• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Business Management or IT.
• 2-4 years’ experience in project management in Telecom or a high-tech product environment
• Experience in handling large project teams that include other project managers, Specialists, administrative support and third-party vendors
• Understanding of the customer segments and Telecom products
