Job objective
Contribute to the segment revenue growth by generating leads for new business opportunities and by maintaining and growing the existing Client accounts. Manage Client requirements by offering customer focussed Telecom and ICT solutions.
Enhance Client satisfaction level for retention and sustained sales growth to meet Segment’s objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic
- Understand client’s business priorities, needs and issues and provide inputs to the Team Leader and Director Enterprise Sales on new business opportunities
- Keep abreast with market condition, competition and future development needs, to help design sales strategy for the Segment
Financial
- Maintain revenue forecasting for the clients, anticipate revenue movement, perform gap analysis
Financial
- Establish a professional working relationship with the designated Client accounts and achieve the sales targets set for the year
- Generate sales leads by scanning regional markets, following ministry website, google reviews, seeking referrals, conduct field activities, campaigns, setting up kiosks
- Conduct Commercial registration (CR) verification, physical verification and business validation for new customers, if required
- Understand Client requirements and work closely with the Pre-Sales and Technology Partnership team to prepare Proposals
- Make proposal presentations and conduct negotiations for price and technology
- Liaise with Digital Business Solution Team and Project Management to ensure effective implementation of projects within the timelines and adhering to customer satisfaction level
- Maintain service level agreements through liaison with concerned departments including network, service delivery etc.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to address Client queries or concerns
- Manage and execute customer Loyalty program for the accounts. Provide inputs for improving the programs based on customer feedback
- Conduct regular follow up with clients for payments to ensure adherence to payment schedules
- Prepare client visit schedule and make regular visits to maintain client relationship, retain client loyalty and understand their future needs
- Prepare and liaise with internal teams to diligently execute plans for developing existing accounts for new business opportunities
- Prepare and report sales funnel progress on pursuits and deal closures
- Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the department and organization as identified from time-to-time based on business needs
People
- Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan
- Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time
- Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
Qualification
- Degree in Business Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Telecom or high-tech product environment
- Understanding of the specific customer segment (Financial, Government, LME, SME, VIP or Residential)
- Experience in Sales & Marketing Role
